A new Initiative
The Cooperative Platform of Citizens’ Projects
for the Planet
As part of its global commitment to biodiversity, UNESCO is launching a new initiative to support and highlight local citizen projects that are shaping new ways of inhabiting the world, in harmony with nature. Meet citizens engaged in favour of biodiversity, oceanography and hydrology, in particular through protected UNESCO sites around the world (biosphere reserves, geoparks, natural world heritage sites).
